While we do not offer returns, we understand that, in rare cases, an exchange may be required. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please review our Exchange Policy below.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • An exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery of your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.
  • The product must not have been altered, stitched, or customized after delivery.
  • The exchanged item must successfully pass our quality inspection upon receipt.

Unfortunately, exchange requests received after the 24-hour period cannot be accommodated.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange

To maintain our quality standards, the following products are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Stitched or altered blouses
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, or final sale events
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please notify our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of receiving your order.>

To help us resolve your request quickly, kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the correct product, subject to product availability.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Step 1: Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Step 2: Share your order details along with photographs of the product, if required.

Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide exchange approval if it meets our policy guidelines.

Step 4: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address shared by our support team.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item.

Shipping Charges for Exchange

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges incurred while sending the product back to Malkosh for an exchange.

Any applicable shipping charges for the replacement product will be communicated by our support team, if applicable.

Quality Inspection

Every exchanged product undergoes a detailed quality inspection upon arrival at our facility.

If the product does not meet the exchange conditions outlined in this policy, the exchange request may be declined, and the original product may be returned to the customer.

Product Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative product of equal value or guide you through the available options.

Colour & Product Variation

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, or fabric appearance may occur due to studio lighting, photography, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of our products. These variations are natural and do not qualify as manufacturing defects or exchange reasons.
